Complimentary express shipping is offered on all orders within the United States, via UPS. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. A confirmation email with tracking details will be provided to monitor the estimated delivery timeline. All online orders are elegantly wrapped in signature packaging and securely enclosed in a protective outer box.

For the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, UPS will issue a re-delivery slip.

Please note that shipments cannot be made to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, or motels. Additionally, shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or locations outside of North America.

Shipping is available to Canada and Mexico through DHL Express International. Duties and import taxes may apply and will be calculated and charged during checkout. RESTRICTED ITEMS
Certain exotic leather products, including crocodile handbags and accessories, are subject to international regulations and CITES restrictions. These items are available for purchase only within the United States and cannot be shipped to Canada or Mexico. Orders containing restricted items with international shipping addresses will not be fulfilled.
