RETURN POLICY
JULIANNA MILANO is committed to providing the finest quality and craftsmanship. Occasionally, a product may not meet expectations, and an effortless exchange process is available. Online returns are currently accepted for exchange or store credit, where applicable. For returns, please review the following information regarding eligibility and instructions for completing the process.
Eligibility for exchange
Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, contact customer support at concierge@juliannamilano.com within 14 days of order delivery. Please Include the order number and the reason for the exchange in the communication.
RECIEVE AUTHORIZATION
Upon approval of the exchange request, an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and detailed instructions will be provided.
PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Repack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and documentation are included. Clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package.
SHIPPING
Use the provided prepaid return label for shipping. If a prepaid label is not available, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as responsibility cannot be assumed for items lost or damaged during transit.
EXCHANGE TERMS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, an exchange will be processed for a product of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges. Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any future purchase.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons unrelated to an error during processing will not be accepted. Responsibility is not assumed for damages incurred during transit.
