RETURN POLICY
JULIANNA MILANO is committed to providing the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. While each piece is carefully created and inspected, we understand that on occasion an item may not meet expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an effortless return and exchange process for online orders.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted for online orders only. Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Products must remain in original condition — unused, unworn, and with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact customer support at concierge@juliannamilano.com within 10 days of order delivery. Please Include the order number and the reason for the return in the communication.
RECIEVE AUTHORIZATION
Upon approval of the return request, a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions will be provided.
PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Repack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and documentation are included. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
SHIPPING
Use the provided prepaid return label for shipping. If a prepaid label is not available, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as responsibility cannot be assumed for items lost or damaged during transit.
RETURN TERMS
Eligible items will be issued a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping), or store credit, valid for one year from the date of issuance. Eligible items may be exchanged for products of equal value. If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons unrelated to an error during processing will not be accepted. Responsibility is not assumed for damages incurred during transit.
